Billing, in plain terms
- Currency
- All prices are in US dollars. Sales tax or VAT is added at checkout based on where you are.
- Who charges you
- Paddle is our merchant of record. Paddle takes the payment, handles the tax, and is the name that appears on your bank statement rather than Glide.
- Renewals
- Paid plans renew automatically, monthly or yearly depending on what you picked, until you cancel. Yearly plans are billed once a year at the discounted rate shown above.
- Cancelling
- Cancel any time from your account. You keep everything you paid for until the end of the current period, then drop to the free plan.
- Refunds
- Any paid plan is fully refundable within 14 days. See the Refund Policy and the Terms of Service.
