What We Offer

• Premium Compensation: We pay anywhere from $30 to $2,000 per video. The exact rate is flexible and scales based on your audience size, video production value, and historical engagement metrics.
• Long-Term Partnerships: We are looking to cultivate true, multi-month brand ambassadors. For creators who align deeply with Glide's vision and drive consistent growth, we offer partnerships that involve equity ownership in the company.
• First-Access Tools: Get early beta access to new features, system agent workflows, and direct access to the design team.

Requirements

• Active Audiences: Creators on Instagram Reels and TikTok.
• High Engagement: We prioritize creators who have exceptional engagement rates and a track record of videos with millions of views. We seek genuine viewer connection over empty follower counts.
• Focus Areas: Tech tutorials, developer setups, design workflows, lifehacks, macOS customization, or productivity tips.
